Nathan Vreyborg Inc. was built through decades of experience, hard-earned lessons, resilience, and an unwavering belief that Indigenous communities deserve more than temporary solutions.
What began as one man traveling northern roads evolved into a growing ecosystem focused on workforce activation, entrepreneurship, community momentum, and relationship-building across communities throughout Canada.
Built through real-world experience and shaped by both hardship and hope, one lesson continued to reveal itself time and time again:

For nearly over three decades, Nathan has worked alongside Indigenous communities across Manitoba, Northern Ontario, Saskatchewan, Alberta, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and the Yukon.
From remote highways to community training rooms, those experiences shaped a practical, human-centered approach to workforce activation, entrepreneurship, and community momentum.
Today, Nathan is the founder of Nathan Vreyborg Inc., Nation Innovation and Big Sky Nation, where he has developed the Workforce Activation System™ – helping communities, organizations, and individuals move from barriers to momentum, purpose, and opportunity.
